According to Hindustan Zinc, the deployment has resulted in nearly a 20 percent reduction in total production losses through the complete elimination of unplanned outages. The implementation has also enabled the company to convert unexpected shutdowns into planned maintenance activities, significantly improving operational uptime and efficiency.
The monitoring platform integrates automated WhatsApp notifications, tiered email alerts, and dual accessibility through both on-premises deployment and cloud-based systems. Operational teams can access real-time insights through the Electrical SCADA room as well as remote cloud interfaces, enabling faster response times and improved decision-making.
The deployment reflects the growing adoption of AI-driven predictive monitoring systems across industrial manufacturing environments, where companies are increasingly leveraging real-time intelligence to improve operational stability, safety, and equipment reliability.
Ripik AI continues to work closely with leading industrial organizations to develop scalable AI solutions that address high-impact operational challenges across manufacturing, mining, and metals industries.
