I have known Pinak, Arunabh and Navneet since 2017. They were part of Advanced analytics program in TSK between 2017 and 2020 and placed a crucial role in its delivery. The team worked end to end in conceptualization and delivery of the use cases across Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant and Steel Melt Shop.

We have been working with Ripik. Al since November 2022 with regard to the implementation of a Digital Al-based Maintenance Operating System at our Kalinganagar facility located in Orissa. They are working on 2 modules - Digitization of Stores and Spares Inventory Management and Digital Workforce Management for Maintenance Activities. Ripik.Al has performed exceedingly well and made a tool that would be extremely beneficial to Tata Steel. The team has a great understanding of the operations of a Steel plant and leverages this knowledge combined with excellent data science and digital knowledge to build tools that improve Productivity and efficiency of operations. Ripik.Al was offered the contract given Pinak, Arunabh, and Navneet's prior work of leading Digital Transformation at Tata Steel as part of McKinsey. They built and deployed models across the entire plant improving productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. Their Al-ML models deplayed in Blast Furnace were one-of-a-kind and helped Tata Steel Kalinganagar become the first WEF 14.0 Lighthouse from India. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with the Ripik team in deploying more digital solutions across the plant.
